Terms & Conditions

These apply for all bookings from 2022 onwards.

  1. DEPOSITS - Deposits are non-refundable and need to be paid to confirm the booking unless otherwise agreed. No booking is consider confirmed unless the deposit is paid or you have an account. The deposit is usually detailed on your quotation and will be invoiced on acceptance.
  2. CANCELLATION - While we understand things can change - any cancellations made 7 days or less before the event will be charged at full price as quoted. This is due immediately with no refunds available. 

    Contact us at the earliest point when cancellation may be an option we are usually happy to look at moving the booking and working with you re-arrange.
  3. EQUIPMENT - Any equipment hired is the responsibility of the hirer whilst on hire. This means any damage, cosmetic or functional will be charged for upon it's return.

    Ideally gear should be collected and returned to Redtooth. Any other arrangements are at the cost and risk of the hirer and only available via prior arrangement with Redtooth.
